Hydration Calc is a free, web-based tool that calculates personalized daily water intake recommendations based on user-provided inputs (body weight, activity level, climate) and provides an interactive dashboard for tracking daily hydration. The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and older (or 16 in the European Economic Area). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not use the Service.
